We help individuals of every background and age group who are seriously interested in analysing their current career situation with total honesty and confidentiality, with an objective, non-judgmental, highly-qualified professional. Our sole concern is to help people at any stage of their career to make the right decisions, now and for the future, from senior education choices through to retirement.

We understand that some people find the transition from their current position to their new role or career to be somewhat daunting. As a result of this, they get 'stuck' and find it easier to remain where they are or start to move forward only to stall at the first hurdle. In order to address and rectify this problem, we have our Career Coaching Programme which focuses on work and career, or resolving issues around careers.

Selection & Developmental Assessments

MileStone is committed to the use of best practice in selection and development assessments. In light of research internationally, there is clear evidence of the value (fairness, predictive capability, cost effectiveness) of psychometric testing in selection and promotional decision-making, particularly when the tests measure job-related competencies.

We are discerning about the tests we use, drawing only on those that have been developed through sound research processes. Cognitive ability, personality, behavioural, and motivational measures are chosen to assess the specific attributes required in the target job.
